I am certified as a Professional and Transpersonal Hypnotherapist and hold a Master’s degree in Counseling and Psychology as a mental wellness consultant and anger management expert. Emotional Wellness is not counseling and is not intended to replace care from a licensed Medical or Mental Health Professional. If a serious mental health concern arises, i.e. the client is a danger to themselves or others, I am permitted to refer the client to a licensed professional for care. In order to work with a diagnosed mental or physical condition, a referral, from a licensed practitioner of the healing arts, per Florida Statute Section 485, is required. A signed, written referral from your provider (Medical Doctor or Licensed therapist, Social worker, Psychologist, etc.) is required before engaging in hypnosis sessions for those with diagnosed conditions.
